Port part is complete and once cured ready to be fit to hull extension.
6 oz finishing cloth provides a professional looking part. Too bad no one will ever see this since it's on the inside.
Core material is backed with 1.5 fiberglass mat and 6 oz finishing cloth.
1.5 oz Fiberglass mat is partially wet out. Note the 3" roller works great for the wet out process.
Core is bonded in place and fillet is completed.
